Hiroyuki Misawa was a member of TLT's memory police but fell under the control of the Unknown Hand to host Dark Mephisto (Zwei).
History[]
Ultraman Nexus[]
Originally, Hiroyuki was just a normal member of TLT's Memory Police, a group of people who erased the memory of Beast attacks from anyone outside the organization and not much is known about his personality. He frequently served his superior, Saya Shuto, and often acted as her trusted assistant. When he first appeared, he secretly observed Riko Saida at the hospital she was treating and handed over the test results data to Shuto. He discovered that the test results showed strange data. Later, Misawa was tasked with monitoring Kazuki Komon. When Komon fell into a state of depression and went to the zoo, Shinya Mizorogi utilized illusions to drag Komon into another dimension. Misawa and another Memory Police officer observed the situation after witnessing the scene.Clairvoyant - Illustrator -
After the battle with Nosferu, he was tasked with the memory erasure mission for the survivor of the Nosferu incident, Kaoru Yamamura. When Komon attempted to flee the frontline battlefield, the Memory Police led by Misawa tried to intercept him, aiming to apprehend and erase his memories, but they were stopped by Jinzo Negoro, who had been tracking them all along. After Negoro took Komon away in a vehicle, Misawa and his team lost track of him once again.Maze - Labyrinth -
Subsequently, Negoro, in an attempt to expose the existence of TLT to the public, stole the memory storage card from the Horokusa camera and published photos of the battles between the Golgolem and NR in the newspaper. Misawa and his team pursued him, eventually cornering and capturing Negoro at a factory.Omen - Prophecy -

In director's cut exclusive, he was among the TLT operatives sent to apprehend an amnesiac Shinya Mizorogi. Ghostly Voice - Calling - As the prisoner escaped captivity, Hiroyuki try to join in the manhunt, but was attacked by someone he knew and assimilated to Dark Mephisto (Zwei).
This leads to a fight against Nexus Junis Blue and eventually his death after an attempt on taking out his predecessor.Shadow - Unknown Hand -

Transformation[]
Misawa holds the Darkevolver in front of him and pulls it open. The central stone shines a purple light that covers his body. Misawa transformed via the light becoming a pillar which revealed his Dark Ultra form.
Powers and Weapons[]
- Abilities of Mizorogi: As Dark Mephisto (Zwei) is a clone of Dark Mephisto, Misawa possibly possessed all the abilities of Mizorogi Shinya's.
- Darkevolver: Miaswa has the Darkevolver during his time hosting Dark Mephisto (Zwei).
- Transformation: Misawa can use this device to transform into (Zwei).
- Energy Blast: Misawa can fire energy blasts from the Darkevolver.
