Hiroya Ishimaru is a former actor, voice actor and narrator. He is the second main voice actor for Ultraman Taro, succeeding Saburo Shinoda and preceding Showtaro Morikubo. His real name is Shinji Ishide . Before voicing Taro, he also made a cameo appearance in Ultraman Leo.
On March 29, 2023, it was announced that Ishimaru would retire at the end of the month.[1]
