Graffias is a humanoid scorpion-themed alien and an exiled Cosmo Beast Fighter. While his presence is foreshadowed in Ultraman Regulos, he first appears in the 2023 Chinese stage show Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Destined Showdown.
Conception[]
Etymology[]
Graffias is named after the Latin for claws. Keeping with the Cosmo Beast Fighters' theme naming for Constellations, Graffias is also the name of Beta Scorpii as well as the apocryphal name of Xi Scorpii (now known as Librae) in the constellations Scorpius and Libra respectively.
Design[]
Graffias is designed by Shoma Muto, who as well designed all members of Cosmo Beast Fighters.[1] In contrast to the rest however, Graffias' design is given a full body appearance instead of just a mask and a pair of gloves.

Graffias' name is mentioned by Regulos in the second episode of the Voice Drama as the holder of the Scorpion Fist.[2]

- As the character is conceived by Junichiro Ashiki, he had hopes of bringing Graffias to the Japanese audience (and to a lesser extent, Ultraman Series' proper canon) in the future.[4]
