Garaon is a three-faced robot from Ultraman Dyna.

Design
According to Tsuburaya's production crew, Garaon's body was based off the Ultra Q Kaiju, Garamon, while his three faces are a clear homage to the Ultraman alien, Dada.
History
Ultraman Dyna
Garaon is a bionic weapon created by the three Alien Miji with the purpose of conquering planets and establishing them as colonies. Designed as a massive monster with three faces on a 344-meter tall body, Garaon’s components were secretly shipped to an abandoned toy factory for assembly by the aliens in preparation for their invasion of Earth. However, due to the aliens' clumsiness, their plans were discovered by a young boy, Takeshi Endo who reported them to Super GUTS.
Despite the boy's report, Super GUTS dismissed the information due to the aliens' disguises and the boy's reputation for dishonesty. Shin Asuka, a member of Super GUTS, borrowed the boy's manga book without permission, causing the boy to harbor a grudge against him. That night, the boy ventured to the factory alone and witnessed the aliens at work. He called Super GUTS from a telephone booth, demanding that Asuka return to the factory. Initially resistant, Asuka agreed to go after the boy threatened to report him to Captain Hibiki for the comic book incident.
Upon arriving at the factory, Asuka repeatedly attempted to leave, only to be deterred by the boy's excuses. Eventually, they discovered a hidden wall and found the aliens assembling Garaon's head. The leader of the Mijir sent his clumsy minions to capture Asuka and the boy, and showed them their plans on a computer. As dawn broke, the aliens became distracted by the beauty of the sunrise, allowing the boy to throw mini-firecrackers, which helped them escape. Following a brief gunfight, the aliens accidentally destroyed their own protective cover.
Garaon's head was launched into the sky with the aliens as pilots. Ultraman Dyna soon confronted the invaders but was quickly overwhelmed by Garaon’s laughing gas emitted from its happy face. Super GUTS attempted to intervene but failed as GUTS Eagle Gamma was shot down by the sad face's tear beams, and the other fighters were held back by the angry face's eye lasers. Once Dyna recovered, he transformed into Miracle Type and split into three separate forms. Each form attacked a different face of Garaon, forcing it to retreat into the sky. The three Dyna forms then merged back into one and dodged Garaon's barrage of beams. Dyna ultimately used his Energy Beam to defeat Garaon.Monster Factory
However, Garaon was not entirely destroyed, and much of its functionality remained intact. The defeated Mijir were exiled from their home planet and remained trapped on Earth. In an attempt to salvage their pride, they created a makeshift replica of Garaon named Kogaraon using cardboard, tinfoil, and wires. Despite their efforts, Kogaraon only lasted 13 seconds before it emitted sparks and exploded.
Determined to exact revenge on Ultraman Dyna, the three aliens discovered a script written by a local movie scriptwriter. Excited by their find, the aliens hired the writer to create a script featuring Ultraman Dyna, Super GUTS, and their own creation, Garaon. According to the script, the plot involved Garaon suddenly powering up and projecting a hologram of itself into the sky. Asuka and Ryo would attack the hologram from different angles but ultimately destroy themselves in the process. Garaon would then emerge in its real form, capture GUTS Eagle Beta, and demand the TPC's surrender. Ultraman Dyna would appear but be threatened by Garaon, who would use the captured fighter as leverage to force Dyna to remain passive and endure every attack. Eventually, Dyna would collapse, his color timer would go out, and he would perish.
The aliens were impressed by the script and followed it precisely. However, their plan faltered when one of them sneezed and reverted to his true alien form, revealing their identity to the scriptwriter. Horrified by the realization that the aliens were taking the script seriously, the writer watched as the hologram of Garaon appeared in the sky. Despite discovering it was a hologram, Asuka was knocked out by Garaon’s attack.
Ultraman Dyna then intervened and began to battle Garaon. As the aliens despaired, they prayed for help. Suddenly, a lightning strike recharged Garaon’s depleted batteries, giving it renewed power. Garaon continued its assault until Dyna, having risen again after the aliens exhausted their power supply, used his Solgent Beam to destroy Garaon and end the threat.Scenario of Invasion

Pochi Garaon bashed into One-Z's brain
Pochi Garaon was the weapon the Meji's unvealed when Super GUTS asked for their help in defeating the Alien Dehadoh, who's weapon One-Z has just imprisoned Dyna. The robot was dropped into One-Z's cranial cavity and was used to bash its head until it fell. Unfortunately, the Miji's discovered that they now had control of One-Z. Just as Dyna was freed from his stone prison, the Meji's attacked. But since the android within One-Z was destroyed, it could not activate One-Z's ultimate attack. The aliens, who did not know that, broke the controler when trying to activate the attack. Pochi Garaon and One-Z were later destroyed when hit by Dyna's Revolium Wave.
