GRIDMAN UNIVERSE SHOW is a stage show that was held and livestreamed on April 7, 2024. It was first announced on August 1, 2023.[1] The show features two stage reading stories that take place one year after GRIDMAN UNIVERSE, talk shows by the film's cast, and live performances by Maaya Uchida and Masayoshi Oishi.[2][3]
Synopsis[]
In the first part, titled Even After 5000 Years , Rex, Knight and the 2nd travel 5000 years into the past after detecting Alexis・Kerib there.
In the second part, titled Both Sides, Now, everyone unites to find Utsumi, who has gone missing. Akane deploys an AI-controlled robot she built to help, but things go wrong.

Trivia[]
- The name of Alexis・Kerib's kingdom, Darken Red Sky, is named after his character song.
- The Artifical Human built by Akane uses the mask of Kahn Digifer's combatants and the Zomborg Soldiers. Gridman even recognizes it, but cannot remember exactly from where.
- The show features the debut of Mad Origin's live-action suit.
- Utsumi compares his situation to Ultraman King in Ultraman Geed, though only Akane understands his reference.
- The performance also had a nearby exhibition area and sold various merchandise.[7][8][9]
- Masayoshi Oishi jokingly cosplayed as Juuga due to his resemblance to the character,[2][10] having done the same at SSSS.DYNAZENON SHOW.[11]
