Froguros is a frog-like Space Beast in Ultraman Nexus.

History

Ultraman Nexus

Froguros and Arakunia were Space Beasts sent by Dark Mephisto as subjects to test the Night Raiders in action, specifically Mizorogi (who had joined the Night Raiders). Froguros was spotted in a Parking Facility where it attacked the Night Raiders with its fireballs. However, the monster was no match for the Night Raiders' weapons and was quickly killed by their gunfire.

Trivia

• Froguros was made by combining the head of the Bokrag costume (from Ultraman Gaia) and the body of the Tablis costume (from Ultraman Cosmos).

Froguros was the first monster summoned by Bullton to attack the ZAP SPACY. However, Rei summoned Litra to protect the crew and Froguros was quickly destroyed by Litra's fireballs. ^{The Stone Which Calls Monsters}

Trivia

• To fit with the size of the other monsters, Froguros's size is boosted to 40 meters rather than its original 10 meters. As a result of its size boost, this incarnation of Froguros is known as Froguros (B) ("B" meaning Big).

Froguros (B) is one of Ultraman Belial's 100 Monster Army. It was first seen in a shot of the Monster Graveyard as a spirit along with Fire Golza, Hoe, King Pandon, and Zoa Muruchi. He then teamed up Mukadender, Lunaticks, Roberuga II, Alien Valky, Jasyuline, Angross, Gromite, Kelbim, and Birdon to take down Ultraman Mebius. Trivia

• Two Froguros and two Angross appear in Belial's army.
• It is unknown whether or not that Froguros is part of Belyudra. The same goes for Banpira.

• Fireball: Froguros can launch orange, missile-strength blasts of highly explosive energy fired from its mouth through evaporation of oil deposit stored within its body.
• Environmental Adaptation (Unused): Being amphibian in nature, Froguros can adapt to all forms of terrain environment, hence being able to fight underground or underwater if the situation calls for.

Powers and Weapons

• Energy Blasts: Froguros can launch green, missile-strength blasts of highly explosive energy fired from his mouth that can cause relative sized explosions. These can be charged up to do more damage (by holding its own stomach) and at maximum power it is equal to Litra's fireballs.
• Environmental Adaptation (Unused): Being amphibian in nature, Froguros can adapt to all forms of terrain environment, hence being able to fight underground or underwater if the situation calls for.
