At the Nursedessei, Akito briefs Kengo on the stone slab and their meaning of it, allowing Kengo to understand certain parts of his aforementioned nightmare. The two discover Ignis again, having trespassed the Nursedessei through a broom made of [[Basser|Guebasser]]'s feathers as he steals the ancient Sparklence, only to be surrounded by the rest of GUTS-Select despite having taken down Tesshin with relative ease. The battle was interrupted when Marluru detected an underground monster chasing the Nursedessei due to the aforementioned artifact that Ignis had stolen prior. The monster was revealed to be a [[Gubila]] variant that had adapted into a subterranean monster, to which Tesshin christens as Oka-Gubila. The monster targeted Ignis by throwing him off to the sky and separating him from said artifact.

While Kengo transforms into Trigger, Akito fetch the artifact and lured Oka-Gubila away from Yuna and an injured civilian, allowing the Ultra to finish it with Power Type's Deracium Claw Impact. Later that night, Akito reminds Kengo to try harder in his next fight while the Giants of Darkness plans to target Yuna to draw out Yuzare, at the same time Carmeara wanting her revenge on Trigger.

For Smiles (笑顔のために, Egao no Tame ni) is the fourth episode of Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga.

Synopsis

A mysterious artifact is excavated from the Ultra-Ancient ruins. As GUTS-Select investigates, the treasure Ignis had been hunting awakens Oka-Gubila! With the town in danger, Kengo must transform into Trigger to make everyone smile!

Plot

Kengo awakens from yet another nightmare of him mysteriously facing the three dark giants in a distant past from a certain figure's perspective. Kengo was assigned with Yuna and Akito to be on guard during TPU's excavation of mysterious ruins dated back in the Ultra Ancient era. The three discover Ignis trespassing the site, but fail to catch him or reclaiming the stolen artifact.

At the Nursedessei, Akito briefs Kengo on the stone slab and their meaning of it, allowing Kengo to understand certain parts of his aforementioned nightmare. The two discover Ignis again, having trespassed the Nursedessei through a broom made of Guebasser's feathers as he steals the ancient Sparklence, only to be surrounded by the rest of GUTS-Select despite having taken down Tesshin with relative ease. The battle was interrupted when Marluru detected an underground monster chasing the Nursedessei due to the aforementioned artifact that Ignis had stolen prior. The monster was revealed to be a Gubila variant that had adapted into a subterranean monster, to which Tesshin christens as Oka-Gubila.
