The Ultra Rings are the transformation items of Ace's human hosts, Seiji Hokuto, and Yuko Minami.
Transformation[]
During times of extreme danger, the gemstones on the rings will shine brightly, indicating that the time to transform has arrived. Seiji and Yuko then jump into the air, performing simultaneous forward flips, during which the two rings are struck together, causing the two to transform into Ultraman Ace. After Seiji becomes Ace's sole host, he wears one ring on each hand, and brings the two together with his hands in closed fists to transform.
Ocansionally Seiji and Yuko will yell Ultra Touch! .

- The Ultra Rings are the first transformation items used by more than one person.
- In fact, Ace does not have to use two humans to be his host, because to transform to his true form, he only needs the two Ultra Rings to touch each other. So, his host only need to wear two Rings in two fingers then let them touch each other.
