Deathdrago [1] is a monster that debuted in Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga. The first recorded monster to appear on the Earth of Ultraman Trigger, Deathdrago fought against the precursors to TPU six years prior to the series, and later fought against Trigger in the present day.

Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga
Deathdrago's existence (as well as three other monsters) was dated as early as 30 million years prior to the series, whose presence had been documented in the ancient ruins of several foreign countries. The Wings of That Day Akito speculated that their rampaging spree in the past was due to the Eternity Core's influence. Wavering Heart Six years prior to the series, Deathdrago was the first recorded monster to appear. It fled after its right horn was severed by the GUTS Wing (piloted by Mitsukuni Shizuma no less), but not without killing Akito's parents. Its presence managed to validate Mitsukuni's claim of monster appearances, thus leading to the formation of TPU and GUTS-Select.
In the present day, Deathdrago awakened and fought Trigger to a standstill. After retreating to the underground, it was empowered and brainwashed by Carmeara into a Dark Monster. Deathdrago returned to the surface to fight Trigger while Darrgon was busy chasing Yuna Shizuma and Akito Hijiri. - Deathdrago was made by modifying the Hellberus suit, both monsters sharing the same designer; Daisuke Inomoto. Whereas Hellberus is the first monster to debut in the Reiwa era of Ultraman Series, Deathdrago is chronologically the first monster to appear in the world of Ultraman Trigger.
- Deathdrago's roar is a modified Rodan cackle.
Ultraman Trigger: Episode Z
Genegarg and Deathdrago emerged from the ground just after Ultraman Trigger fought against Gazort. He was being overwhelmed by the two of them until Ultraman Z Gamma Future appeared. However, even with the two of them, they were still defeated by the two monsters' brute strength. Akito Hijiri and Yuna Shizuma manage to locate Trigger's lost Power Type GUTS Hyper Key and return it to him, allowing Trigger to change to Power Type while Z changed to Beta Smash. Ultraman Decker
The third Deathdrago surfaced a year after the Spheres successfully sealing Earth off of the outer space, marking it as the first monster attack since Spheresaurus.
Deathdrago first attack the nearby surroundings and fought against the GUTS Falcon piloted by Murahoshi. Despite having its right horn severed, the monster continues to attack. While aiming for Kanata and his classmates, the former transforms into Ultraman Decker to fight the monster, but finds himself struggling with his earlier leg injury. While GUTS Hawk severs the monster's left horn, Kanata summons Miclas as a temporary aid and finally destroyed the monster with Selgend Beam. Kanata's Resolve
Some time later, a simulated version of Deathdrago was used in the testing scenario to determine the new pilot of the GUTS Falcon. Move Out, GUTS-Select!
Trivia
- Suit actor: Kenji Kajikawa
- Like its predecessor, this Deathdrago is also considered as "the beginning monster", as its attack marked the first monster resurgence since Spheresaurus and the very first of the Earth monster after the events of Episode Z.
- Murahoshi and Kaizaki speculate that Deathdrago's awakening might be the result of an external force, given that it managed to fight even after losing one of its horns despite its previous brethren retreating from the aforementioned injury.

- Burrowing: Deathdrago is capable of burrowing itself into underground or as means of reaching out to the surface world.
- Lightning Bolt: Deathdrago can charge lightning bolts from its horns and fire it towards a target. It can still use this attack for as long as either one of its horns remain. After becoming a Dark Monster, this attack is further amplified to the point of firing it from its mouth, able to push back an Ultra with the force.
