Trivia[]
- A slightly higher-pitched instrumental version of "Kaiju Requiem", a song from The☆Ultraman, is used during the climax of the battle.
- This episode uses stock footage of Ultraseven from "The Secret of the Lake", "Search For Tomorrow", and "Vanished Time".
- The Ultraseven figure prop used by Naoto is from the King Zaurus Series and was manufactured by Popy, which is now known as Bandai.
- Special effects director Shinichi Kamizawa noted that the production team brainstormed ways to make the scene in which Delusion Ultraseven goes berserk more dynamic while planning it. This resulted in the idea of having Delusion Ultraseven lift and throw a house.[2]
- As the story centres on children and includes a football theme, the team also experimented with scenes of miniature cars being kicked around like footballs. The process was somewhat chaotic at the time, and filming proved especially challenging.
- As one of many selected to celebrate the Ultraman Series' 60th anniversary, this episode was made available on the Ultraman YouTube channel from November 24, 2025 for two weeks, following November's theme of "The Story of Hope."[3][4][5]
