A peaceful day in the city is interrupted by the appearance of Alien Baltan and Dada, who begin to wreak havoc, as civilians run away in fear. Ultraman Takamiy appears and begins to battle the two aliens, as a crowd forms and cheers for him. Takamiy blocks their laser beams and uses his Takamiy Eye to detect them when they turn invisible, soon defeating them with light bullets launched from his palms. However, the ground shakes and Red King emerges from underground. The monster gains the upper hand on Takamiy, and his Color Timer begins to blink, which leads to a child from the crowd throwing a rock at the monster, telling him to stop bullying their hero. Angered, Red King attempts to crush the onlooking crowd with his fists, but is stopped at the last moment by Takamiy. He then removes his sunglasses, which limit his power, and fights Red King once more, eventually defeating it with this Takamiyum Beam. The battle won, Ultraman Takamiy departs while the crowd cheers and thanks him.
