Eizo Yamagiwa is a Japanese director and theatre director. He served as director of part of the Ultraman series.
Biography[]
Yamagiwa was born in Kobe and joined Shintoho Film Productions in the 1950s to begin his career in film production. He served as an assistant director on numerous TV shows and films until making his debut as a director in 1961.
During the period of 1971 to 1975, he served as the primary director for the Ultraman series. Currently, he is the representative of Ishii Teruo Production Company.
