When a boy by the name of Naoto is injured by a biker gang, his sorrow and rage towards his circumstances manifests as Minus Energy, which imbues an action figure of his favourite Ultra, Ultraseven with a remarkable power. As the minus energy fully manifests the figure into Delusion Ultraseven, the boy's attackers find themselves at the mercy of the Minus Energy 'clone' and its unending wrath! It's up to Ultraman 80 to find a way to resolve this crisis.
