History

Ultraman Cosmos vs. Ultraman Justice: The Final Battle

Respected as the judge of the universe, Delacion is an existence dedicated to Universal Peace through the concept of Universal Justice. For this reason, it aligned with Ultraman Justice in trying to fight chaos in the universe.

Delacion gave a prophecy about the monster Sandros two thousand years prior to its rampage across space. It sent Justice to exterminate the threat who also receives aid from Cosmos.

Later, Delacion predicted that humans would become the next great threat to interstellar peace. Sending the Glokers, they rampaged across Japan, making sure not to let a single human leave Earth with Justice destroying Cosmos for interfering. However, the red Ultra later had a change of heart and rebelled against Delacion. As he was assisted by a revived Cosmos, Justice destroyed all of Delacion's forces stationed on Earth. When Giga Endra appeared and tried to destroy the Earth's life, Cosmos and Justice fused into Ultraman Legend and successfully destroy the doomsday weapon. Delacion appeared again, and trusting the Ultras, they changed their view towards humanity while leaving them unharmed.

Ultra Galaxy Fight: The Absolute Conspiracy

Though unseen, Delacion dispatched Cosmos and Justice on a mission to assist Ultraman Neos, Ultraseven 21 and Ultraman 80 in fighting Leugocyte and Gymaira. As Cosmos and Justice touched down and spoke with 80, they informed him that Delacion had requested they follow an unusual energy reading from their universe, eventually ending up at the location of Leugocyte.

Galaxy Rescue Force Voice Drama

It was mentioned by Justice to inform that it decided Absolute Tartarus as a threat and wished the Ultra to cooperate with Land of Light and Galaxy Rescue Force.

Trivia

  • Delacion's motive to destroy humanity to protect the universe is similar to that of Chaos Header, though Delacion's attacks were carried out after it came to a genuine conclusion that humans were a threat, as opposed to Chaos Header's corruption leading him to attempt to take control of the universe by force.
  • Delacion was voiced by Chisako Hara, the wife of late Akio Jissoji, one of the directors of Ultraman.
