Deadly! The Monster Mastermind! is the eighth episode of Ultraman Leo.
Synopsis[]
Monster Vekira appears in a downtown area. Gen's selfish actions start to disrupt the harmony of his MAC companions. Gen is suspended from work and ordered by Dan to visit the Buddhist priest Jukkan who lives in Hakunan.
Plot[]
Monsters are sighted in Tokyo suburbs. Vekira rises and begins to rampage, but MAC attacks. They begin to defeat the monster, when Gen ejects to save a civilian. Dan is unable to deal the final blow alone, and the kaiju escapes, however Gen discovers the monster's weakness is its back.
The MAC members a furious, and Dan suspends Gen for one week, and tells him to train in the mountains with a monk called Jukkan. He is unable to convince the old man he finds, and so trains by himself. He continues to track Jukkan until he sees him jump over a river, and knows that is the technique he needs.
After training all night, he manages to master the jump, and hears that the kaiju has begun its attack on Tokyo anew. MAC engages it until Gen arrives.
After transforming, he is able to destroy the monster with a Leo Kick.
