- Released as an exclusive for the UltFes 2004 event (and later Ultraman Shop), this Dark Zagi is a 6-inch soft vinyl figure based on his appearance in the TV series. Molded in glossy black PVC plastic, Zagi features red and some yellow paint operations. As with all Ultra Hero Series figures, Dark Zagi's shoulders and waist are poseable.
- The lower torso was later reused for Ultra Hero Series Ultraman Noa.

- Ultra Monster 500 Dark Zagi is a smaller mold, and he features a Live Sign stamp under his left foot, which can be scanned with the Ginga Spark (or the Dark Spark), and it unlocks one of the spark's sound effects: "Ultlive! (Dark Live if scanned with the Dark Spark) Dark Zagi!". If the trigger is pulled, Dark Zagi's Transformation sound effect is played but does not open the Devices' face hatch.
- In 2016, Dark Zagi is later rebranded as an Ultra Monster Series (2016) figure, omitting the Live Sign.
