Trivia[]
- Golza, Melba, Galra, Golba and Gatanothor shared the porous skin texture on their bodies, especially in the neck. In Golza and Galra's case, this method was used to disguise peepholes for the suit actors.
- In the original script of Golza's Counterattack, the Ultra-Ancient Kaiju were planned to be bio-weapons created by ancient scientists in order for mankind to benefit the help of monsters. After witnessing Fire Golza's rampaging spree, a scientist would be driven by guilt and seek Daigo Madoka's help in defeating the monster.
- GUTS captain Megumi Iruma considered the Gakuma pair and Silvergon to be members of the Ultra-Ancient Kaiju. Whether this was an in-universe mistake on her/TPC's behalf or being legitimately grouped together as similar species is unknown. The Sleeping Maiden
