Outlaw Ultras is the collective term for characters created based on the Ultraman image and promoted in mainstream media without consent from the legal rights holder, Tsuburaya Productions.
Prime examples include the three new Ultras created by Chaiyo Productions for the joint multimedia project Project Ultraman, and Ultraman from the Dragon Force series licensed by UMC.
