Mutated Kaiju are monsters who originated as ordinary animals, and were mutated into their current state. Kaiju which descend from mutated animals do not count, they must have been directly transformed into a Kaiju. This is not the same as a Kaiju mutated into a more powerful/strange, that is considered a powerup. Mutated humans that turn into Kaiju belong in the Mutated Humans Category.
