At a wedding, a bride wearing an elegant gown emerged from a room, adorned with a sophisticated Bunka Takashimada headdress. Joyful expressions lit up the faces of every guest. However, young Yoshio hurled a small stone towards the bride. This caused a stir in the crowd, shocking everyone including his sister, Michiko. Feeling lonely because his sister was getting married, Yoshio vented his emotions towards the bride. For Yoshio, who lacked a mother figure, his sister Michiko was as important as a mother.

Michiko bowed apologetically to the guests present, while Saori, also present, comforted and encouraged her. On the way home, as Saori passed by an ancient mansion, she heard singing emanating from within. Drawing closer, she discovered Yoshio. Saori advised Yoshio to understand Michiko's situation, but Yoshio still harbored resentment. Inside the cottage, there was an atmosphere of chilling coldness, with thick icicles hanging from the ceiling. Just as Saori began to doubt, the cottage door suddenly slammed shut, trapping Yoshio inside. Upon receiving Saori's urgent report, ZAT immediately rushed to the scene.

The cottage was covered in thick layers of ice. Kotaro and Nanbara attempted to break down the door with ZAT guns, but suddenly the cottage emitted a buzzing sound, and the monster Manotsurara appeared. Surprisingly, Yoshio was trapped within the monster's head. ZAT launched an attack, but it proved ineffective. Kotaro, in an effort to halt the monster's advance, used the Wolf 777 for impact and transformed into Ultraman Taro. However, mindful of the potential harm to Yoshio, Taro refrained from using the Strium Beam. During the battle, Taro gradually found himself at a disadvantage and was ultimately knocked down by Manotsurara's teeth.

As bystanders watched in astonishment, Michiko attempted to rush towards the monster, willing to die alongside her brother. As the monster approached, about to lift its foot, a flash descended from the sky, saving Michiko. It was Mother of Ultra who appeared. Mother of Ultra revived Taro, who had been weakened by the monster's icy breath. After a fierce battle, Taro also managed to suppress the monster's head.

Mother of Ultra spoke to Yoshio, telling him he could come out from inside the monster. However, Yoshio still refused to lift his head. With a sorrowful expression, Mother of Ultra spoke to Yoshio once again. Unable to bear his sister's gaze any longer, Yoshio finally stood up. Mother of Ultra nodded, and the light from her hand melted the monster's head. Taro lifted Yoshio and descended to the ground. At this moment, the monster was no longer Taro's enemy.

To the accompaniment of the wedding march, Michiko, dressed in a wedding gown, emerged from the house, accompanied by Yoshio, who was neatly dressed. Today was Michiko's wedding day. Applause erupted from the ZAT members, Saori, Kenichi, and others attending as guests. Then, the wedding car carrying Michiko and Yoshio began to move.

When asked if Kenichi would feel lonely if Saori got married too, he replied that no one dared to marry this lively sister, so there was no need to worry. This made Saori very angry. The team members burst into laughter at the scene.
