- It's implied in the series that this Booska is the same one that appeared in 1966. In one special episode, he even catches up with Daisuke, the boy from the original series.
- To further confuse the two, a Booska named 1966 Booska appeared in some episodes.
- This series introduced a female, pink Booska.
- The duck like Kamosuke was meant to be introduced in this series, but the series ended before it could happen. He did appear in Ultraman Dyna: The Return of Hanejiro as a cafe worker with Booska.
