Trivia[]
- This episode is littered with references to franchises and series under Bandai's sponsorship.
- Barossa II firstly proclaims "Hear Me Out!" , followed by ending his line with "Let's make it showy!" . Both lines came from Daigo Kiryu (Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger) and Captain Marvelous (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger).
- Further tying to Gokaiger, Barossa II arms himself with Metsuboros' left mechanical claw and performs Final Break using Beliarok. Aside from his voice actor Tomokazu Seki voicing the Gokaigers' equipment, the left arm claw gave him the resemblance to Kanzen Gokai-Oh and the charging/slashing motion of the Beliarok in Final Break parallels the Gokai Sabers, especially when inserted with the Ranger Keys to initiate Final Wave attack.
- While preparing to fight Juggler in human size via Beliarok, Barossa II shouted "Ikuze, ikuze, ikuze!" before marching forward. The line in question is a reference to Momotaros of Kamen Rider Den-O, who happens to be voiced by Toshihiko Seki (this voice actor being constantly confused for Tomokazu Seki due to their similar-sounding surnames).
- In Windom, Yoko redirected all of the energies to her right hand and performs Windom Yoko Impact. When Yoko first redirecting the energy supplies, the screen showing Windom's inner working becomes pinkish, a clear reference to the Trans-Am activation in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The following process leading to said punch attack is a frame-by-frame replication of GF13-017NJII God Gundam from Mobile Fighter G Gundam, with Yoko's "Burning Impact" line being a clear reference to Domon's "Heat End". The symbolism is also an irony, as Barossa II (the receiving end of the attack) was voiced by Tomokazu Seki, who also voiced Domon Kasshu (God Gundam's pilot) in Mobile Fighter G Gundam.
- After assuming Delta Rise Claw, Z's eyes turned red and goes in a berserker-style attack and effectively pins Barossa II. The eye-glowing sequence and feral fighting style are clear references to Gundam Barbatos (and its variant) when its pilot Mikazuki Augus activated the full potential of the Alaya Vijnana system.
- This is the first episode that Haruki's Ultra Navi features only one Ultra Medal instead of two.
