Beautiful Girl Creeping in Darkness is the third episode of Operation: Mystery - Mystery File.

Synopsis

Rumors have surfaced claiming sightings of child actress Nanami Yamaguchi, who was murdered at the age of 7, 20 years ago. And finally, there is a victim. A girl believed to be Nanami attacked someone, causing their body to dissolve. Moreover, the incidents occurred simultaneously in multiple locations.

Director Matoya, who participated in the investigation of Nanami's murder, reanalyzes the evidence left behind at the time. Additionally, attention is drawn to Nanami's brother, the sole survivor of the original incident...
