Ultra Hero Series

Astra was first released as an Ultra Monster Series figure, molded in red ATBC-PVC plastic and applied in silver with some metallic blue and gold paint operations.

The original Astra figure is reissued as part of the Ultra Hero Series packaging, complete with ID number.

The original Astra figure is reissued for the 2nd time for the 2000 lineup. This release features thoroughly painted details compared to previous releases.

Rather than reissuing the 1988 mold, this release of Astra is a new mold with more accurate proportions. Unlike previous figures, his ID number was pushed to 40 as Evil Tiga took his original ID numbering spot.

The 2004 Astra mold was later reissued for the 2009 lineup, along with his original ID number. The only changes include the eyes being painted in two tones of yellow.

In Asian markets, Astra is one of the few shelfwarmers along with Ultraman King and Ultraman 80.

Released as part of the ULTRA-ACT line, this figure of Astra is an articulated collectible with 15+ points of articulation. Aside from the interchangeable hands and a red color timer, Astra also comes with an Ultra Double Flasher effect that is meant to go with the same line's Leo, and an Ultra Key to represent Babarue's disguise of the character.

Unlike his brother Leo, Astra is released as a Tamashii Webshop exclusive item.

Astra gets another new ULTRA-ACT iteration in 2014, featuring similar construction used for the "Renewal" releases since the first Ultraman. Though he no longer comes with the Ultra Key, Astra also features an alternate chest protector to compensate with the upwards arm articulation, and an Ultra Mantle for the same line's renewal Leo figure.

Released as part of the fifth "VS Ultraman" series for the Shodo toyline, this Astra is a 3.75-inch figure with 16 points of articulation and swappable hands, which is needed to be trimmed off from the runner. Astra also comes with a soda-flavored gum.

The Double Flasher/hand parts and the Ultra Key from this wave's expansion parts can be used on this figure.

S.H.Figuarts Astra is a 15cm articulated collectible that features 15+ points of articulation. Aside from the interchangeable hands and a red color timer, and like the ULTRA-ACT figure, Astra also comes with an Ultra Double Flasher effect that is meant to go with the same line's Leo, and an Ultra Key to represent Babarue's disguise.

Astra gets another new release, this time for the 9th Chodo α (Alpha) line; He also features a new hip joints to match the Chodo α (Alpha) standard for more posing flexibility, and comes with an additional Ultra Double Flasher/hand part to accomodate with the same line's Ultraman Leo. Unlike most of the Chodo Alpha entries, Astra himself is fully-detailed.

The Ultra Key from this wave's Expansion Set can be used on this figure.
