The first Ultra Monster Series figure of Alien Metron is a 16cm toy with 3 points of articulation on the arms and waist. Molded in blue ATBC-PVC plastic, Metron features primarily red, yellow, and white paint operations, with the forearm and feet sections feature white and/or red spray folds. The forearms' paint pattern varies on the individual figure.

In 1994, Alien Metron gets a new (and later becoming the staple mold for future reissues) and more proportionate tooling, though the paint operations had mostly inaccurate details such as the inverted yellow-and-black eyes, and the single-colored yellow details on the head.

The 1994 Ultra Hero Series Alien Metron mold is reissued for the 2000 UMS lineup, featuring several deco alterations to closely resemble his on-screen appearances in Ultraseven.

In 2005, a new Ultra Monster Series toy of Alien Metron is released, now molded in a "standing straight" pose, and he features sculpted stitched scars from head-to-pelvis to recreate his appearance in The Untargeted Town. Like most of the Max-themed UHS figures after Natsunomeryu, this Metron is a late addition, released after the airing of the said episode 3 months later.

The 1994 Alien Metron mold is released one last time for the 2012 tail-end wave, with the same deco featured in the 2008 release. His tag also labels both Ultraseven and Ultraman Max as his origins, referencing his connected appearance in The Untargeted Town.

Ultra Monster 500 Alien Metron is a smaller version of the original Ultra Monster Series figure. He also features a Live Sign sticker underneath his left foot, compatible with the DX role play items such as the Ginga Spark, Dark Spark, and the Victory Lancer. Scanning it with the first two devices activates the transformation sound with Metron's name played, but both of their face hatches does not open.
In 2016, UH500 Metron is later rebranded as an Ultra Monster Series figure, lacking the Live Sign and comes with a rounder data tag.

S.H.Figuarts Alien Metron is a 15cm collectible action with multiple points of articulation than any other mainline toy. His only accessories are the Chabudai and a cigarette packet with 3 individual cigarettes that can be removed from the box.

The original SHF Alien Metron (and its accessories) later saw re-release as a Premium Bandai exclusive. Deco-wise, Metron features a slightly sun-bathed-like tone, and he comes with an additional circular display stand with the title of the episode tampgraphed on it.

Released as part of the 9th wave of the Chodo candy toy lineup, this Alien Metron is a 3.75-inch figure with 13 points of articulation. Like all candy toys, Mebius comes with a soda-flavored gum. Unlike most Chodo figures, Metron features a new set of hip joints, which also serves as a basis for future releases such as the Chodo Alpha line.
The Chabudai/Cigarette from this wave's expansion parts set can be displayed along with this figure.
