History[]

Ultraman Dyna[]

Alien Merani created Mons-Ahgar, a biological superweapon in the form of a monster, and kept it in a blue capsule. These aliens kept their weapon of mass destruction on a comet that bore the same name as their race. The aliens then used a few artificial engines to create the illusion of lush forests and pure air to lure other aliens to the comet, where the Merani would then eliminate them with Mons-Ahgar. This triggered an intergalactic war that involved an unknown number of alien races who rose up to confront the Merani, who lost the war they started, and seemingly went extinct during the climax of the war or shortly after its conclusion.

Trivia[]

  • The body of the dead Merani found by Asuka and Nakajima is actually a reused Alien Zamu suit.

Ultraman Decker[]

1,300 years ago, the Alien Merani sent a capsule containing a Mons-Ahgar to Trigger and Decker's Earth, which resurfaced in modern times. As Mons-Ahgar awakened and rampaged, the capsule emitted a message in an alien language, and when GUTS-Select translated it, it was revealed to essentially be a commercial: the Merani had mass-produced Mons-Ahgars to sell to other aliens who desired to stop their fellow civilizations from developing into space. The exact state of the Merani civilisation, and whether the aliens are extinct or not, is unknown in Decker's universe.
