Akio Otsuka[1] is an actor, voice actor and narrator affiliated with Mausu Promotion. He voiced Ultraman Powered in the final episode of the Japanese dub of Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero, while Sho Kosugi voiced the character in the first episode.
