One day, the Space Beasts invaded and ravaged their planet, until the appearance of Ultraman Noa put a stop to their actions. As both the silver giant and Space Beasts lay dormant, the paranoid Visitors created their own copy of the former as their means of protection. Unfortunately their creation, known as Zagi, rebelled against his masters and sided with the revived Space Beasts in driving the planet to its destruction. The Visitors responded by detonating their mother planet in a supernova and assumed particle forms to traverse into planet Earth. Unfortunately Zagi anticipated their actions and did the same to the Space Beasts.
Both the destruction of their mother planet and the Visitors' arrival on Earth took place in the year 1989, where the US government attempted to establish mankind's first contact with the extraterrestrial life forms. By hiring scientists in secret, the government managed to get the help of Hayato Kaimoto to decipher the aliens' intentions. The resulting answer frightened one of the researchers, Hajime Yamaoka. The next day, Yamaoka would be possessed by Dark Zagi while on his way to the laboratory when the dark Ultra sensed his lingering fear from the Visitors' warning.

took place in 2009, while recollections took place within the period between year 2004-2008, the gap where Ultraman disappears and eventually returning in another form. The story is told from the perspective ofIn the year 1989, the same year where the Visitors made their arrival, the Space Beasts Zero made its attack by feeding on the livestock of nearby farms. The monster was quickly killed by the US military, but an intense coverup was made to ensure that the Space Beasts would not be revived through the fears of its victims. Through the Visitors' warning, TLT was established worldwide to anticipate the threat of Space Beasts and at the same time manipulating information from the general public. The incident with Ultraman the Next and Beast the One was too intense that TLT had to resort to using Lethe in erasing all the information of both Ultraman and the Space Beast. Amongst the TLT members, they hypothesized that the Ultraman had disappeared along with the monster he fought against. However, Sara, who was invited as one of the Beast researchers, was well aware that the Ultraman was still at large, as Takafumi's spirit foretold. Her lover's words came true after Kazuki Komon reported the appearance of Ultraman for the first time.
